Clean, great round and bathrooms with all amenities. Helpful staff arranged kettle to boil water for tea in the room. Breakfast also of good standard. And plenty of parking. All staff we interacted with were very courteous and helpful. Perfect location to hit the highway after a good nights sleep.
The floor is not soundproof. The guest in the room directly above was simply pacing in the room but footsteps were Lusang class affecting out sleep early morning.

Good location, quiet neighborhood, city center quickly accessible. Nice personnel.
Good parking facilities.
The clicking and creaking sound of the elevator could be heard constantly as it went up and down. This was particularly bothersome at night (Room 309).
Many people wrote that the breakfast was wonderful. Well, I wonder where *they* ate...?
A meager selection, dry pastries, and virtually no vegetables. It was well below the standard expected for this hotel and price point. Much like the "barista" at the bar, who managed to make the worst cappuccino in Italy every single morning.
