とても清潔でウォシュレットがあったのにびっくりした
空港から近いのは近いけれど公共交通機関で行くには少し不便 空港へのシャトルバスがあるとの記載はあるが、遅い時間の到着だったので空港からはどこにあるか見つけられず、翌日は祝日でシャトルバスが休みだった。

Het binnen en buiten zwembad.
Het meeste personeel sprak onvoldoende.Engels om je te begrijpen. Het personeel deed wel erg hun best om je te helpen.

The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. She called a taxi for us to the domestic airport.
The hotel lobby was so crowded with international tourists groups. The whole atmosphere was so hectic and noisy. After a long flight, you wouldn’t expect to experience when checking in. The shuttle bus to airport is very limited. This information should be transparent. I have to get a taxi ride to and from airports and hotel. The taxi driver asked for double fare from airport to hotel.
