Communication with owner was exceptional. Whenever I needed my queries answered Mark was quick to respond and to resolve my questions. Flexibility to extend our groups stay at short notice is appreciated. Location was perfect and near to everything we needed. Motel was clean and had everything we needed for our group. The group had a very comfortable stay. Quiet and plenty of parking. Thank you Ali Motel.
The weather! But thats Auckland for you. Being on a main road wasn't a problem.

Great location, good value for the cost, nice space
No dish rack for dishes, no tea towel to dry dishes. We all only had 1 towel each and no laundry facilities. Creepy cleaner walking around our unit for the last hour before we left. Stood by rubbish bins and watched us load our car. Asked him to leave then he called the owner who told us he was the cleaner, wanted to sit by our front door and watch me put my shoes on. Was creepy as, tried to get out of there as soon as possible after that. Never had someone standing around waiting for us to check out like that.
