-Ubicación. 20 min andando al centro de Malaga.
-Cuenta con servicios de trasporte, comercio y abastecimiento.
-Instalaciones limpias, hacen limpieza todos los días.
-Guardan el equipaje.
-Cuentan con utensilios de cocina
-Todas las puertas de las habitaciones y baño, hacen muchos ruido (chirrido) al abrir y cerrar.
-El aire no enfría para 4 personas. Hace calor de noche
-El colchón debería optimizar o cambiar.

La cercanía al centro
El primer día me espante por qué pensé que afuera del baño había una terraza, pero resulta que estaba en el piso de abajo, sus voces se escuchaban muy fuertes y la verdad estaba un poco incómoda, sería agradable que avisarán o pusieran algo para que no se escuche mucho el ruido exterior.

The location of the apartment is good, the place is clean, and the bed is comfortable. However, it was not clearly stated in the listing that the bathroom is actually shared. This is something that should be made very clear to guests before booking.
Having only one shared bathroom for three or four apartments on the same floor is simply not a smart arrangement. Each apartment can accommodate two or three people, so the bathroom is obviously going to be heavily occupied.
We arrived yesterday at around midnight and booked the accommodation specifically so we could rest for a few hours and take a shower before heading to the airport at 6 a.m. Unfortunately, during the three hours we were there, just one of us (we were three) was able to take a shower because the bathroom was occupied almost the entire time. (Not to mention the nouse amd sound of water)
This is extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially for guests who are only staying for a few hours before travelling . The bathroom situation really needs to be reconsidered.
