Royal Pearl Suites

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Pearl Suites. The property was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to all of our needs.

1. The room service was pleasant. 2. Buffet breakfast was excellent 3. Taste of the foods of their restaurant was very nice.

The location of the hotel was not too good. The road condition is like typical golis of Dhaka. We visited at rainy season. That time, the road condition was too bad

They include a small refrigerator and a 32-inch TV. The washroom was also in good condition. However, I did notice some dust under the bed while looking for a piece of paper, so housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to areas that are not immediately visible. The food was good and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights, offering more than 20 items with a good variety, making it excellent value for money. There are a few areas that need improvement. The behavior of some staff members, particularly at the front desk, could be more welcoming and professional. I also found the breakfast manager to be less professional than expected. The swimming pool was a bit disappointing. It is located on the ground floor, quite small, receives very little sunlight, and the water was noticeably cold, which made it less enjoyable. Overall, despite a few shortcomings, the hotel provides a comfortable stay at a budget-friendly price. If you can get a discounted rate through Booking.com, I would recommend it for travelers looking for good value rather than luxury.
