We didn’t even stay it was gross old and bugs

Nothing it was dirty

It wasn’t like the pictures. There were bugs in the bathroom. And it was really old the furniture was falling apart

4 / 10

Nothing.

The environment was very quiet and close to the beach, very accessible to the local restaurants, and other things.

Our door had an issue with locking from the beginning, and there was no urgency to change our room, especially as two young females. The WiFi was very unpredictable, which we didn’t find an issue as much, however, with the other issues aswell, the WiFi was not helpful. They only moved us the evening before we left, only because our door was jamming, and we were not able to exit or enter our room. Another issue was asking for tea, one evening we asked for chai ya maziwa, and the lady gave us tea bags, a jug of water, and sugar, without milk, then when we went to ask for milk, she has said there’s none, even though she had already taken payment and she knew there was no milk. Another issue was asking for our breakfast to be packed in the morning from when we left, the lady in the evening said this was okay, and took our order, then in the morning when we went to collect, she said we sit and eat there as they don’t have packing containers. This is an issue as being a hotel, you should expect to pack breakfast for guests who have excursions, or are leaving early. The mattress was also extremely hard, causing us to have back aches.

Nothing !
