Spacious Apartment and close to the aqua Luna waterpark.
The receptionist was not welcoming and poor service. According to booking.com the check in is until 11pm but the receptionist said it was not and only until 21:30. But no complete information from their website neither..I was also called and asked about the time of our check in and said that she will just leave a msg and instruct us how to get in the property. but no calls or msg before we arrive. Luckily we managed to find the room and got in before midnight. And also calling at an early hour on last day to get our details and tax fee. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming service from the receptionist. It can also be very noisy because of the cars driving fast when having open windows as the location is along the highway and very far from major attractions in Slovenia. Cooking utensils are also basic and lacking. Cooking wares are old , pans and pots doesnt look safe to use. (Aqua Room)
