Great stay

The location is perfect . Easy to reach station / bus stop / old town.

No Bath map is available after shower the floor is very wet and when I checked in there are lots of hair on the bathroom floor so maybe the bathroom cleanness can improve . Otherwise everything is good

Would not recommend

The location was near to where I had to go each day.

The condominium was marked by the authorities as critical risk in case of earthquakes, it's not allowed to rent rooms acc. to the law as far as I know in this case. The bed had a wood plank and on top there was a 6 cm foam mattress. The AC filters were not cleaned for ages. There were cockroaches roaming around inside the apartment. Mold was present in the bathroom tub. The pictures look nice but they were taken years ago, before everything was damaged or dirty and left like this.

3 night stay

The room was nice and clean very warm and smells lovely diffusers all over. it needs some TLC but was ok. The building is a bit run down but the location is excellent. All in all for what we paid for the room its really good value and we would stay again. It depends on your expectations if you want high end digs this isn't the place for you. If its for a short visit and you need somewhere clean to stay its spot on .

Bits and bits need fixing in the room . We never saw anyone regarding the room and had the same bedding and towels for our 3 night stay it wouldn't be good if your stay was longer. The building is old but ok and the lift is a nightmare like terror towers in universal studio 😀 best to walk up the stairs .

sehr zentrale Lage, perfekt zu erreichen mit dem Bus 100 vom Flughafen

Wohnung ist im 5. Stock, wenn der Aufzug nicht geht, wird es anstrengend. im Bad hat der Abfluss gemüffelt, Schlafen geht lärmbedingt nur bei geschlossenem Fenster, aber Klimaanlage hat uns gerettet

Il check in tutto self quindi facile e veloce del resto la posizione in pieno centro e vicino alle zone.

Non era pulitissima e anche alcune cose un po’ rovinate per il prezzo non è il massimo
