A really quiet location, tucked away on the edge of the New Forest. The kitchen was so well equipped with crockery and cutlery, that we didn't need to wash up during our stay. What a difference that made! There must have been nearly 20 of everything you would normally need. Kitchen and both bathrooms very modern and impressive, all 4 bedrooms very spacious. The property is huge and overall, was excellent value for money.
Wished we could have stayed a few more nights, but most of our party had to get back to work!

Lovely property in a good location - all bedrooms were pretty spacious so as 4 adults sharing that worked well - excellent hamper - only thing missing was milk in fridge. Thanks for the bottle of wine!!!
Not much - just wish the owner would answer messages. I realise that as they own a much bigger site we were only a small concern with everything going on this week but it wouldn’t have taken much to let us know all was ok on the site.

very well equipped, extremely clean and conveniently located
can do with air conditioning, keeping in mind the prices. the management team do not respond to messages in a timely manner, unlike most places we have stayed

We loved staying here, it’s a beautiful clean and modern home which was very accessible for our 91 year old gran being all one level and easy walk in showers. The hamper goodies were really well received - thank you - and my gran was very grateful for the plug in heaters as she gets cold very easily.
The only issue is I messaged you twice through booking.com with the same query and never received a response.
We would love to return with additional family members as the house can sleep up to 8 people. However the dining table is only big enough for 4 people and the lounge only has seating for 5.
But as this time there was only 4 of us it worked out perfectly. Thank you
