New, modern design in keeping with the style of traditional Greek architecture. The suites are lovely, spacious and include a kitchen area and patio. There are air conditioning units in the living area and bedroom, so you’ll always be comfortable. And the beautiful swimming pool is well maintained.
The property owner Dimitri’s is very nice and ready to help if needed. They clean the rooms and provide fresh towels daily.
Kotinos is located in a walkable area very close to the beach and restaurants. And a walk to the Skyros town center for evening entertainment is just a 15 minute walk.

The suite was clean, modern and lots of room! Beautiful space that worked great for a group. We had two big decks with nice furniture. Super close to the beach and restaurants and close enough to walk to Skyros Town.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, 10 λεπτά από τη Χώρα με αυτοκίνητο και 3 λεπτά περπάτημα από την παραλία.
Άνετος, καθαρός και μοντέρνος χώρος.
Η πισίνα πανέμορφη.
Η ηχομόνωση θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερη αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε πολύ.
