DISASTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT WAS FILTHY

The location was ok for us we have stayed in Annecy before and new the area was local to all places and the old town, we knew we wrestled booking in a older part of the town.

The place was a complete DISASTER it was an unfinished project Painting was not complete the bathroom was dirty as was the rest of the place. it took us nearly an hour to get into the building and the apartment and when we tried to contact the host it took till the next day to get a response from Him. We had parking onsite which was on the roof, we had to gain access to the apartment to get the remote to allow us to get to park and when you drive up the ramp to the roof it is nearly wide enough to get a standard vehicle up and we damaged three alloy wheels and had to replace a tyre due to the parking. iI will attache photos of the place. There were three lights in the bathroom and only one worked, the toilet took 45 mins to refill after a flush, the kitchen did not have enough bowls, glasses for two. The water took for ever to get hot. The window shutters were so dirty if you left the windows on vent it blow all the black dust into the room. And to top it off the lift does not work in the block as the tenants refuse to pay to have it repaired so you have to carry everything up three flights of stairs as you dont get a key to access the roof parking you have to carry the luggage back to the front of the building to gain access. The Host and this listing should be removed from Booking.com as its so mis-leading from the site and what you think you will get and getting into the place when you first arrive is so hard, you have to park a quarter of a mile away to avoid a parking ticket and walk back gain access to get to the parking only to have to bring all your luggage back to the front of the building. We stay in Annecy every year and will not go anywhere near this place again STAY AWAY. I have shown a photo of how close my car was to the metal ramp to the parking lot and I drive an XC60 so not a large car, you cannot get up without catching the wheels, even the owners who live there say its not worth having nice wheels as you damage them on the sides as you go up.

La lumière dans la salle de bain est malheureusement insuffisante. Nous l’avons signalé à l’équipe de maintenance qui a été très réactive, mais ils nous ont indiqué ne rien pouvoir faire pour la « lumière tamisée ». Pendant tout le séjour nous avons dû utiliser notre flash de téléphone lorsque nous allions aux toilettes ou à la douche, dommage. Nous n’avons également pas eu de chance car le canapé était défectueux, nous n’avons donc pas grandement profité de l’espace de vie et étions obligés de rester dans la chambre (nous sommes conscients que ça aurait pu tomber sur n’importe qui et que nous n’avons pas eu de chance).

Le prix en fonction des choses qui ne fonctionnaient pas comme des luminaires, la chasse des toilettes défaillante. La lumière du couloir qui rentre dans l’appartement puisque la porte reste ouverte en tout temps
