The location is top, you have a direct view of the pyramids from your room. The Staff was really nice and polite.
Somehow we were upgraded to a room on the roof, which did not have a private balcony, but a shared balcony with everyone. So you cannot actually go on your balcony because there are other people there all the time. It was very noise, as the people were talking and walking all the time on balcony and the roof top.

At first the location very close to to pyramids but not from the main entrance , the view from the room and terrasse was very nice but don’t look down , horses smell and the surrounding area might frighten a little bit !
the staff was helpful the rooms very clean and have enough space !
The driver Mohamed is a good guy has a clean van and is very helpful and patient !
No elevator , breakfast at the terrasse when it is cold not so comfortable ! The stairs lake of stairs railing !
The noises on road side morning and evening !
They weren’t clear about the extra costs , exchange rate they took too much ! If you pay by card they will take 5% !always double check the bank rate !
the guide toor avoid it run it doesn’t worth it , for us it wasn’t a good experience
They tried to charge me the drive to the airport even we had agreed it will be free !
