The Riad is beautiful with a nice pool and even better staff. Soufiene in particular was absolutely outstanding. He helped us with everything. They also provide a cell phone which is super helpful. While not located near the Medina, it is in a pleasant, more authentic part of Marrakech and still near enough to key sights (and if not, the staff will help with transportation).
Nothing. If you are looking for a place right next to the Medina, be aware you will have to walk (it was not a problem for me during my stay).

The staff were really kind and helpful all the time, they went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place was calm, common spaces were comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was great. The airport pick up and drop off work smoothly. The phone with internet is a plus for the chaos of the city. Fresh water was always available.
