Gern wieder Harz, aber nicht wieder in dieser Unterkunft. Nicht empfehlenswert.
Die Lage und Umgebung ist schön, wobei der Zustand des Waldes in den oberen Lagen des Nationalparkes deprimierend weil abgestorben ist. Damit macht dort Wandern auch keinen Spaß, da man ständig im prallen Sonnenschein unterwegs ist.
Der Gesamtzustand der Unterkunft / des Hauses / des Grillplatzes ist abgewohnt und unansehnlich. Eine Begleitmappe mit Hinweisen zur Unterkunft wie eigentlich üblich fehlt komplett, s.d. mehrfach zum Ansprechpartner Kontakt aufgenommen werden musste, um zu erfahren wo sich z.B. der Garten mit Grillplatz oder der Grill befindet oder wie der benötigte WLAN-Schlüssel lautet (dann zufällig gefunden als Aufkleber in einem Regal). Es gibt im Haus mehrere Unfallquellen, so z.B. in der Küche ein fehlendes Teil im Fliesenboden oder extrem scharfe Kanten an den Fliesen an der Küchentür. In der 1. Etage fehlt ein Stück Laminat - Stolperfalle. Die elektrische Anlage ist z.T. fragwürdig - z.B. hängt eine Wandlampe im 1. Geschoss nur noch irgendwie, Kabel sind z.T. irgendwie Aufputz verlegt und befestigt. Wenn ich den Uraltstromzähler im Treppenaufgang sehe, kann ich mir ungefähr vorstellen, wie alt die Gesamtanlage ist. Im Bad neben der Küche hängt frei und unbefestigt ein Kabel mit einer Feuchtraumsteckdose neben der Tür ? Die Küchenmöbel sind ebenfalls nur als abgewohnt zu bezeichnen, die Türen hängen irgendwie noch dran. Unmittelbar neben der Küchenzeile stehen schmuddelige Abfalleimer mit Schwingdeckel, sehr unappetitlich. Am sogenannten Grillplatz etwa 100 m entfernt neben einer z.T. baufälligen abgeschlossenen Hütte/Terasse mussten wir die vorhandenen Stühle/Tisch erstmal grundreinigen, um sie überhaupt benutzen zu können. Die Zufahrt zum Haus, um das Auto zu entladen, ist extrem eng und nur mit Einweiser und schrittweise zu bewältigen. Das Auto muss ein ganzes Stück entfernt am Gemeindezentrum geparkt werden, die Parkplätze sind aber auch begrenzt.
