My stay at the apartment was plaisant.

Cosy apartment, conveniently located!

There was a bit of a strong smell in the bathroom, like industrial product smell which was a bit annoying but nothing that was avoiding using the shower.

Für den Preis eine Zumutung und eine Unverschämtheit.

Leider nichts positives, denn auch die Lage war nicht schön oder zentral. Eine unschöne Wohngegend. Vom U-Bahnhof muß man ca. 20 Min. laufen, denn es gibt keinen Bus ! Restaurants und Geschäfte sind auch nicht in der Nähe.

Diese Unterkunft wurde von Booking.com empfohlen, weil unsere Buchung durch einen Fehler von Booking.com storniert wurde. Der versprochene Zahlungsausgleich durch Booking ist nicht erfolgt. Auch wurde uns nicht gesagt, das diese Whg. vom Vermieter fest bewohnt wird und dieser nur vorübergehend auszieht, aber seine Sachen drin bleiben. Kühl- und Gefrierfach, Kleiderschrank, Küchenschränke etc. alles voll belegt, 50-100 Alkoholflaschen (auch geöffnete) in der Whg. und danach stank es auch. Die Fotos sind bearbeitet und entsprechen nicht der Realität. Private Fotos des Vermieters, Kleidung, Sportgeräte, Essensvorräte etc. überall, und keine Garderobe. Über dem Sofa lag eine schmutzige stinkende Decke. Das Sofa darunter hatte Flecken. Das allerschlimmste war, das die Heizung im Schlafzimmer voll aufgedreht war und NICHT geregelt oder ausgestellt werden konnte! So hatten wir ständig ca. 30-35 Grad in der Whg. ! Durch die Hitze hatten wir ständig Kopfschmerzen. Nachts die Fenster öffnen war schwierig, weil dort 5-10 Füchse nachts laut kämpften und im EG auch ins Zimmer eindringen könnten. Ab 6 Uhr ist Fluglärm angesagt. Der Vorgarten ist verdreckt und mit Laub gefüllt. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und lagen auf einem selbstgebauten Bett, das den Heizkörper einfaßte. Der Heizkörper war defekt und hatte keinen Thermostat. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung wurde die Heizung nicht repariert. Die Whg. war dreckig. Es lag sogar der Dreck von Räucherstäbchen rum. Booking.com war leider auch nicht behilflich.
