It was ok but can certainly improve.

No coffee or tea available to drink. Dirty microwave oven on the inside. Bedside lamps but not working as there where no 2 point pluggs for them. Alot of maintenance needed. Shower door not gliding properly chip out of the basin drawer. One bedside table door was repaired skew.

Absolutely poor!

I booked here and was Denied access to the suites, I was told I am in the wrong location so O contacted host and told them about my encounter so that they can assist or at least refund me but they were unwilling to cooperate at all. They implied my story about not finding the location and that of being turned away were false so I lost my money and had to book elsewhere. How inconvenient and frustrating that was, I can’t even begin to explain.

An offer to at least find out where we were so that they could get us back to the location would have helped!
