This is a very good apartment, very clean, nice reception staff and an excellent location for local shopping and an abundance of restaurants with all standards from 1* - 4*. Parking was not too much of a problem at the end of October but I guess it would be very difficult during summer months.
One issue that I feel the hotel/apartment complex needs to address is they have reserved parking outside on the road which is great BUT it is used by many non residents AND there is one particular “guardian” who the whole time we stayed pursued us for “parking money” and even on a number of occasions actually went into reception to get them to get us to pay more for parking, it really did lower the score for a nice apartment. He even tried to get us to pay when we were in a restaurant sitting outside having a meal a few streets away.
Soundproofing could be improved as people staying in a room next door had a baby crying for many hours during the night and that was very noticeable.

An appartement with 2 rooms and a kitchen, + stove and a big fridge, good location and good view.
Overpriced for what you get, the sofa beds were hard, not even, and very uncomfortable, + no soap on the appartement, I asked for it, they said it's not included.
