Recien reformado, espacioso y tiene mesa de billar
Esta en lo alto de una cuesta y eso hace que tardes un poco mas en volver del centro

We loved the view from the terrace. The property is close to the railway station for exploring the Cinque Terre. It had everything we needed. We knew about the steps beforehand but still it’s a hike with suitcases.
It cost us €62 to park at the station for two nights.

Het appartement is zeer ruim, zeker als je als familie of met meerdere stellen weg zou zijn is het ruim zat.
We hebben heerlijk een paar potjes Snooker gespeeld en heerlijk genoten van het ruime terras met het prachtige uitzicht over de stad.
La Spezia zelf is een gezellige stad, zeker aan de waterkant met genoeg mogelijkheden tot uitstapjes per boot naar de Cinque Terre en Portovenere (aanrader!).
Het appartement moet het duidelijk hebben van de ligging en prachtig uitzicht.
Persoonlijk vond ik de ligging goed (achter het station,waar je totaal geen hinder van ondervindt), ware het niet dat het echt een hele nare klim omhoog is. Een hele steile straat omhoog en dan nog een paar trappen omhoog voordat je er bent. Dit is voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn of met ademhalingsproblemen echt niet te doen. Wij hadden 2 kleine trolleys en beide een rugzak, maar zelfs dat was echt pittig, laat staan dat je een grote koffer hebt.
Bij nadere inspectie vonden we de schoonmaak wel ietwat tegenvallen, hier en daar was het gewoon een beetje schmutzig...niet echt schoon, maar ook niet echt vies...
Wij wisten dat er geen vaatwasser in het appartement is, geen probleem, maar zorg dan op z'n minst dat er afwasmiddel is en een thee- en vaatdoek..
Ook is er geen wasmachine aanwezig (ook bekend), waar echt wel plaats voor is en toch weer wat extra service was geweest, maar goed, dat is een keuze van de verhuurder uiteraard.
Helaas was het overgrote deel van het buitenmeubilair kapot en is aan vervanging toe.

El alojamiento en si es perfecto para visitar la zona y Cinque Terre ya que esta a 5 minutos del tren y tienes supermercados y el centro de La Spezia muy cerca. Llegas al puerto andando en un paseo de 20 minutos. El apartamento tiene todo lo básico y una terraza muy grande y agradable con preciosas vistas. Las camas son muy cómodas, dos de las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y la otra una especie de ventilador. La zona es muy tranquila.
El acceso a la casa.... es horrible tener que subir la empinada cuesta y los casi 50 escalones que hay. Vuelves de hacer turismo cansado y ves la cuesta y te arrepientes de haber alquilado la casa. No hay lavadora, estuvimos 8 días 6 personas y nos hubiera venido bien lavar la ropa porque era verano e íbamos a pieza por día. Se hecha en falta algún mueble mas en el baño porque hay espacio suficiente y alguna mesa auxiliar en el salón para poder dejar algunas cosas. Tuvimos que limpiar a fondo algunos utensilios de cocina porque había comida pegada el paletas, una sartén y una olla. Tener los cubos de basura a la vista todo el tiempo. Los mosquitos, hay un montón. Y por añadir algo mas falta mimo y decoración en la casa, algunos cuadros con fotografías de la zona, algún espejo, se puede añadir alguna mesa cajonera en las habitaciones para poder dejar la ropa y cosas personales, televisión en habitaciones y cocina.... Es un gran apartamento que con un poco mas de cuidado ganaría mucho mas y la cuesta de llegada no se vería tan horrible.
