Very clean, perfect for our 5 person group, great location, customer service was very helpful.

Washer/dryer, location, size, amenties. Liked everything about it. On day 9 of our trip and it was the best place we've stayed. Even had some pods for washer.

Corkscrew for wine needed.

The design elements of the apartment are quite nice. Upscale furnishings and a lovely ambiance. Breakfast at the Vik Hotel (which was included) was excellent.

The apartment is all form and no function. It appears to have been designed by someone without any sense of how people actually 'live' in temporary lodging. Simple things, like a hook to hang your towel next to the shower - or a shelf in the shower for your soap/shampoo/etc - have simply been overlooked. The lighting and heating 'tech' might seem cool at first - but it's needlessly confusing. One might get used to it after a few days of 'learning' - but if you're only staying for one night, it's a total pain in the ass. The lighting is controlled by panels of horizontal 'rocker' switches. And there are several of these panels - each with 4 switches - in multiple locations throughout the apartment. The problem is that NONE OF THEM IS LABELED as to what each switch controls - so one is reduced to randomly pushing these switches again and again until the desired lights come on - or turn off. Needlessly confusing and honestly, just stupid. See the accompanying photo. Each panel of switches has an LCD screen in the center - but none of those screens appeared to be working. Lastly, if any questions or concerns come up, you are expected to call the front desk at the nearby Vik Hotel - which apparently owns/manages these apartments. We had to call a couple of times. The first time we called - to clarify the WiFi password, we were 'helped' by someone with a bit of an annoyed attitude. The second time, when we asked for help controlling the temperature in the apartment, a very nice young man came right over to 'show' us...but he turned out to be unable to answer our questions at all. Overall, given that this was NOT an inexpensive stay....it was pretty disappointing.
