Location was good, the wooden carvings in the foyer
Being in the 3rd floor and dining/breakfast on 2nd floor, we could hear all the wooden heavy chairs being moved around from 6am, which woke us each morning. No pool towels. The staff were not as friendly and inviting like the other hotels we have so far stayed at.

A variety of local and western food
Towels are rather old and starting to rip at the edges. Window in our room wasn't closed properly causing street noise to come in on the first night. Had to close the window again when I inspected the window the next day
When booking, I have also asked for recommendations for a nice dinner as it was my parents wedding anniversary and my birthday. We got the recommendation, and that's all. Not even a anniversary/ birthday greeting was given when we check in. Whereas our hotel in Hue gave a small cake and rose when we check out to celebrate us. The receptionist also remembered our names and greeted each customers by name. I would go back to the hotel in Hue anytime over Monalisa.
