The room was nice and everything was as expected. The location was great and very convenient. The room had all the essentials, including AC, hot water, a TV, a working desk, and comfortable beds. Everything worked well during our stay. The price was also very reasonable, making it good value for money. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Value for money but require more things to satisfy the provided money as mentioned in the field of about the property
The accommodation offers good value for money, however, there are a few things that need to be improved to fully justify the price. The owner has assigned a manager, which can feel unprofessional to local guests that can not speak nicely
The room has yellow lighting that provides more brightness, but it would be better to have one or two white lights with adjustable brightness in sleeping hours.
Guests also need to inform the downstairs staff to turn on the common water heater when required. It would be better if each room had a separate switch to control the water heater based on individual needs. In addition, the room does not provide a kettle for making tea, provided with common kettle heater need to get frequently during stay, only two small water bottles are provided. There is no tea powder or sugar, so we had to purchase everything ourselves from outside
