Loved how central it was and views were amazing! The staff were so personal-able, helpful and really welcoming. Room was comfy and had all we could need. Really loved the cafe seating in front of the hotel - and its walkable distance to lots of main museums
Sadly the restaurant was closed due to staffing shortages - this was a shame as we’d booked hoping to be able to get food at the hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and walking distance to the station, and attractions. Close to the tram stop. The room was clean with lovely little extras like snacks and water in the room included in the cost. Very good coffee in the bar and lovely places to sit outside or inside.
It was expensive but we stayed in August so the prices were higher. I would still stay here again. It was so lovely.

Loved our room
When we left at 10.30, there was no one at reception (perfectly understandable) so we left our room cards at the desk. Later that day I received a missed call and text telling me to come down now and check out at 12.30pm. I was confused and worried staff thought we had slept in. I notified them we had left. I think customers should be allowed to self check out without hassle.
