La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalle più belle spiagge del Salento. L'accoglienza, la preparazione e la disponibilità del direttore e dello staff sono eccezionali. Il nostro soggiorno è stato rilassante, ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Inoltre, la pulizia, la cura della vegetazione, la struttura moderna, la piscina sempre pulita hanno reso tutto ancora più perfetto.

The location was rural & off the beaten track. If you like exploring local towns that is away from the tourist bustle, this location is great (although you need a car)
The hotel standard is not as advertised & the finishing touches let the property down.
We were handed a key and told to scan a QR code for information about our stay, the staff did not show us around the property I.e where we could get a drink or where breakfast would be.
The QR code in the room did not work. We tried to find staff to help us but after waiting in the reception for staff to appear we found a QR code on a piece of paper on a random table that worked.
It explained that the restaurant was not at the property, so for dinner you would need to travel to it which is a shame as there is a lovely rustic seating area on site.
There is not much atmosphere to the hotel, music is lovely but there is not much buzz outside of this.
Our main shower did not work, we told this to staff multiple times who said the engineer would come once we leave. We were told to use the hand shower instead, but this was hanging off the wall.
Finishing touches in the bathroom let the room down. There are no labels on shampoo/shower gel so it’s a guessing game. The soap pump is chipped. The light is not secured to the wall properly.
Around the pool there are loose tiles which would be dangerous for young children.
Breakfast at the property is ok but nothing is cooked fresh on site.
Overall quite disappointing and not worth the money. A real shame as this hotel has the potential to be great.
