House and location fantastic.
This our 2nd year staying at Boundary Farm with family and friends, exceeded expectations again. We are looking to book our 3rd when dates are released.

Plenty of space for 4 children (5 to 10yrs) and 5 adults, particularly outdoors - lots of running around! Kitchen/dining room had plenty of equipment and a tv in every room! An ideal setting for a family gathering with great views. We were delighted with our choice also handy for the attractions in the surrounding area.
Layout of kitchen was quirky but we got use to it.

Spacious and bright. Loved the size of the lounge and the kitchen.
Wasn’t as clean as expected and lacking in a few basic facilities like enough dining chairs and outside furniture
