The room was clean and big enough in the central location of Saigon. The receptionist Ny and security guy were friendly and super helpful. Thanks a lot and will book here again.

I liked how modern the property was apart from the air conditioner breaking our stay was perfect. Vivienne was amazing she really helped us sort any issues we had.
Lack of windows in the room and AC breaking.

Clean and comfortable bed.
As of 8am every morning there were builders in in a room next door so we could not sleep as they were using hammers, drilling etc
Receptionist was not very helpful and we felt ignored.
We were very tired everyday which put a down on our trip.
They could have put us in a different room or say after booking about the situation happening next door.
