About this house rental
Newly renovated home very spacious and comfortable. Bike/walking trail to Grenshaw Park where you can watch beautiful sunsets. Every bedroom has a TV and a kitchen with everything to cook delicious meals.

We visited the Houston area with our 2 young children. We wanted to stay out of the city, but close enough for a quick drive in. This location was good for that. The home had toilet paper, paper towels, bottles of water, plenty of towels, etc. The bathrooms were very small with little counter space, which made storing our bathroom essentials difficult. The home was uncomfortably hot when we arrived, the thermostat was tricky to use, and it took a whole day before it was a comfortable temperature in all the rooms. There was yelling and loud noises from neighbors in the night on occasions. There is a motion light that shines into the master bedroom, and lights up the room in the night. This happened numerous times throughout our stay. We could never see what had triggered the motion detector, but there are a lot of cats and ducks in the area, so we assumed it could be that, but the bright light in the middle of the night can be alarming! The beds were comfortable. The home was very spacious. We enjoyed the TV streaming services in the evenings while we relaxed. Overall, it was a fine experience. Just a few small changes for comfort could make a huge difference!

Thought the listing was a little misleading because there was a picture of water, so I assumed there would be our back view. But the house was great, communication with the owners was great. We were really happy with our stay.

Perfect stay. It was very clean and very quiet. It's a cute family neighborhood that is peaceful. They provide way more amenities than most places, which make it a breeze to be there. Thanks again for being so nice and flexible
