About this villa rental
Splendid villa with private pool, in San Vito dei Normanni, in the heart of the Apulian countryside.
Furnished with meticulous attention to detail, the villa consists of a spacious and bright living area, divided in half by two brick vaults: on one side you will find the lounge, perfect for relaxing thanks to the comfortable sofa, television and a stone fireplace that makes the environment welcoming; on the other side instead is located the spacious dining table and the kitchen; the latter is equipped with an oven, kettle and everything needed for meal preparation.
To complete the layout of the living area we finally find a bathroom with shower. As for the sleeping area, it is composed of 4 bedrooms, all equipped with double bed and spacious wardrobes. Two of these also have an en suite bathroom with shower.
The spacious outdoor spaces frame this splendid structure: a large veranda equipped with chairs, table and small sofas, a vast furnished garden and the large private pool where you can cool off during the hot summer days.

San Vito dei Normanni rises in northern Salento, between Ostuni and Carovigno, in a strategic position for exploring the Valle d'Itria, the characteristic nearby towns and the magnificent beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The town is a concentration of history, traditions and culture that can be grasped simply by strolling through the alleys of the historic centre or by tasting a typical dish in one of the many inns present. Among the major historical and cultural attractions stand out the Basilica of Santa Maria della Vittoria, the main church with very ancient origins, the Castello Dentice di Frasso, with its three control towers, and the Villa Comunale, also known as La Pineta, given the presence of typical Mediterranean scrubland vegetation. In the surroundings of San Vito dei Normanni you can visit the Torre Guaceto Oasis and the splendid beaches of Specchiolla, Torre Santa Sabina and Rosa Marina.
Brindisi airport is 25 minutes' drive from the accommodation, whilst Bari airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
