This house was perfect for our party of six (A family of four with a 6/8 year old, their Grandmother and Aunt). Plenty of room, my kids loved being in the hot tub and looking out at the pond with snow on the ground. Braddock Bay Park was right up the road and that was where we were meeting our family for an event so it all just couldn't have worked out any better. Joe shared all the info needed in advance and we had a great stay!

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view and the hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Would stay again and highly recommend.

As we were in town for a memorial service, the property was ideal as it had enough space for group activities (boardgames, etc) as well as space to have private time.

Our stay was amazing! Our second time at this property. Plenty of room, plenty of fridge space, plenty of wood for the fire. A great place to enjoy a perfect summer weekend in Rochester
