Rove is a brand of luxury property rentals designed for the modern traveler. Rove properties are professionally designed and furnished including modern workstations, premium amenities, and access to a 24/7 Concierge team for anything you need! The Space: Introducing Chelsea Canvas III, a stunning floor-through 2-bedroom residence with an office space, situated in a private townhouse. Nestled at the crossroads of West Village, Chelsea, and Meatpacking, this prime location offers an unbeatable lifestyle! Step into your own personal oasis with captivating north and south exposures that flood the space with natural light. Prepare to be amazed as you enter the expansive living area featuring 9' tall ceilings, offering an abundance of space for relaxation and entertainment. Designed for the modern professional, the generously sized office can seamlessly open up to the gallery/living space with bi-fold doors, providing a harmonious balance between productivity and privacy. Both bedrooms showcase delightful views of the immense back garden and the serene tree-lined surroundings. The master king bedroom is a haven of storage with an incredible amount of closet space, while the secondary queen bedroom is equally charming, making it ideal for roommates or a growing family. --- Room Configuration: - Primary Bedroom: 1 king bed - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed Amenities: - Remote-work friendly properties including: 300+ mbps WiFi throughout the property, workstations with ergonomic chairs, high-definition monitor with integrated docking station, and wireless keyboard and mouse. - The concierge team is available 24/7 to assist you with scheduling Rove’s housekeeping services, maintenance, and local recommendations. - Fully-stocked chef’s kitchen, Nespresso machines, luxury linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. - TVs are powered by Roku with included access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+. - Family friendly properties. Cribs are available at an additional cost. - In-unit washer/dryer for the property is available. - Pets are allowed with approval. Home Truths: This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Note there are three levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor. Arrival & Ongoing Support: This property is all yours! You will either be personally greeted by a Rove member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our Concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay. The Neighborhood: The West Village draws fashionable crowds to its designer boutiques and trendy restaurants. Quaint streets, some still cobblestoned, are lined with Federal-style townhouses and dotted with public squares. Notable venues include the Village Vanguard jazz club and the Stonewall Inn bar, site of the 1969 riots that launched the gay rights movement. The historically arty area also has piano bars, cabarets and theaters. Other Things to Note: Refer a property to Rove, get up $7,000 in cash. Terms and conditions apply. Email realestate @ rovetravel com with the property address for confirmation on referral eligibility. Pets require written notice and approval from Rove. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
