About this apartment rental
Come stay at our stylish downtown loft! It's perfect for families, a group getaway, executives, or a couples escape. The property is 2,400 square feet, so plenty of space. AND It's right in the middle of some of our greatest locally-owned restaurants, nightlife, boutique shopping, and coffee shops in Joplin. The new Arts and Entertainment Complex is just a few blocks away, also.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 separate comfy living rooms, a billiard room, and a laundry room in the unit. The kitchen has all you will need! You also need to know that there are a lot of stairs so you get to skip the stair master for the time you are here. And NO quiet hours. The businesses below usually are closed around 10 on week days and midnight on the weekends. So it’s not loud after that generally. We do provide earplugs 😊

The directions for check-in were explained perfectly. So much space and very comfortable. Only one night wasn’t enough to enjoy all of the amenities.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It was very clean, and the communication with our host was excellent! There is a bar nearby underneath the space, but it sounds a lot like white noise, and we easily went to sleep.

Absolutely perfect! Very clean & tidy. Host was very nice with excellent communication. So much character in this spacious loft. Location was perfect, we had so much fun. Easy parking.
