A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities and it’s a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Spend endless hours in your furnished and screened sunroom or soaking up the sunshine on your balcony. Create all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the kitchen table, the dining table, or outside on the front porch. After meals, kick back on the large sectional and watch your favorite shows in the living area. Central air-conditioning, high-speed internet access, and a private washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay. SEA COLONY AMENITIES - Half-mile of private beach - 12 pools (two indoor) - World-class tennis courts - Large fitness center, dry sauna, and basketball court - Playground - Activities for all ages - In-season community shuttle THINGS TO KNOW There are ongoing construction projects occurring throughout the off-season until mid-May 2024. Noise will be audible during working hours, but this vacation rental will be accessible at all times. The garage is not accessible. The fireplace is not available for guests. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
