Located in Erie, this attractive house for $415 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Get Swept Away in this beautiful Lakeside ranch retreat on 80’ cliff above Lake Erie! Plenty of room to relax with the family or group of friends. Large, well-stocked kitchen with special edition keurig, k-pod coffee selection and teas. Seating for 9 in kitchen or move to the dining room for 8. Then move to the sunroom or deck to take in the “3rd Best Sunsets in the World”! The large living room has extra large sectional to cuddle up and watch 65” tv or crash on the cali-king sofa/bed. Two spacious full bathrooms shared between all 3 bedrooms. CAUTION: Home sits above 80’ cliff with no railing or barrier. Children should not be left attended in backyard. Lakeside Drive is located in a quiet neighborhood in the City of Erie. Our neighborhood beach at Chautauqua Park and Beach is just a few blocks away (see listing photos). It is 5 min from downtown and the Bayfront Convention Center. Located just across the water from Presque Isle State Park and Waldameer, it is 15 min by car. MAX GUESTS 10: Must count all visitors to the property at the time of booking. No parties allowed. This home was clean, SO comfortable, and well stocked….and the views were amazing! Our Host Janelle, was attentive, helpful and a great communicator. I would highly recommend this home to couples, families or a group of friends! All around a fantastic stay.

Our ladies' weekend was perfect, complete with a clean home, lake view, spacious kitchen, extremely comfortable couch, and lovely bedrooms and restrooms. We would love to come back again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful oasis.

Gorgeous house with a beautiful view! Girls trip for a couple days we loved it so much! Beautiful Christmas tree! Cool singing snowman, lots of space. Loved all of the little extras: the handwritten card, the treats, and makeup wipes, and the shampoo and conditioner! Would love to visit again and stay longer!

We were truly swept away by the breath taking views of the water and the great location. Our boys enjoyed fishing for stealhead and exploring the area. We would definitely recommend and will be back again in the spring!

A few college roommates got together for Mercyhurst Homecoming Weekend! Janelle’s property is more beautiful than the photos. Everything was clean and exactly what is was advertised. The lake is beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was amazing, very clean and felt like home. Spectacular views of Lake Erie, the leaves changing into their fall colors. It was a great place to stay and highly recommended. When in town we will definitely stay here again.

Three college roommates who get together once each year who all turned, or will turn, 80 this year choose Erie for our destination this year. The house was beautiful--great deck to relax and watch sunsets; huge kitchen; nice bedrooms. It was worth every penny. Convenient location and very nice neighborhood. Every amenity you could think of were available. If not the nicest, definitely one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in.

We were literally swept away. The home was in a super quiet neighborhood right on the edge of Lake Erie with a view of the Lake and Presque Isle. The entire back of the house had tons of windows to let in lots of light and gave us sweeping views of the Lake. The enter and exit procedures were simple and seamless and the property contact, Janelle, left a welcoming note and some delicious chocolates. The back outdoor patio and indoor sunroom were wonderful places to relax and take in the view of the Lake and the beautiful sunsets. All in all, it was a perfect stay!

Mom and I enjoyed an amazing time at this gorgeous house. Perfect location. Minutes from the Presque Isle and shopping. Incredible views. The kitchen is huge with every convenience. The rooms are comfortable and perfectly decorated. This is a must stay. The booking process is easy and Janelle communicated promptly with any questions I had. Thank you!

We all had a wonderful time. Property is fabulous! Very clean, beautiful view, nice amenities! Seemed like everything we wanted to do was 10 minutes away. Our morning sightings of the bald eagle added to our enjoyment! We all hope to come back and enjoy this beautiful home again!

Our parents can not travel far, but deserved a quick break from their day to day that felt like a vacation. Mission Accomplished! After our short trip to Erie we were quickly swept away by the views this beautiful house offers. We soaked in the amazing views of Lake Erie and Presque Isle from the patio, the sunroom, the deck and even the lawn (pick your paradise). The ranch layout of the house was perfect for our parents, but it offers much more than ease of use. It was designed beautifully throughout. While we did not use the basement, it has a super cool retro vibe that we hope the host doesn't change too much to be honest! To summarize, if you're looking to spend a couple days or a week in the region, this house is perfect for everyone from couples to an entire family. Already considering rebooking!

Spectacular views of Lake Erie, Presque Isle, and the Erie Harbor Channel from this cute, clean, and recently refreshed house. Photos are 100% accurate, and the house was well-stocked and well-appointed for guests. Janelle was truly a "superhost".

This beautiful lakeside home was a wonderful fit for our family of nine!! Lots of room for everyone to spread out!! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed watching the eagles in the morning and, of course, nothing compares to a Lake Erie sunset!!

Traveled to Erie for a family wedding and our group (including a 1 and 3-yr old) had a great time at Swept Away. The house was stocked to meet our needs while away from home and Janelle was just the right amount of helpful and responsive. The house is as promised by the pictures but the lake views are even more stunning in person. If I ever have to go to Erie again, I’d stay here in a heartbeat!
