The exterior security camera are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. There is a pet fee each pet per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet. The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine.
