The backyard is one of the highlights of the property. Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, grill dinner on the gas BBQ, dine outside on the deck, or challenge your group to a game of volleyball or badminton. There's plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy the coastal air.
GAMES & ENTERTAINMENT
Rainy day? Cooler evening? No problem. The house has entertainment for both kids and adults, including a retro arcade with 60+ classic games, shuffleboard and a 75" TV with cable and streaming options.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Primary bedroom — King bed
• Second bedroom — Two full-size bunk beds
• Loft — Full-size bed
The home also includes two full bathrooms, making mornings and post-beach cleanups much easier for groups.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen features butcher-block countertops, a farmhouse sink, gas range, air fryer and the cookware and essentials you'll need for meals at home. Gather around the indoor dining table or take dinner outside to the deck.

Willoughby Beach is only 1.5 blocks away. Walk down for swimming, fishing, shell or shark tooth hunting, sandcastles, sunsets or simply a quiet morning by the Chesapeake Bay.

This was by far the best property we have stayed at for one of our family trips. The house was clean and had so much for the family to do. Throughout the entire process the owners, Merlyn and Rick, were incredibly responsive and helpful. We had one small thing we needed to be checked by them and for that they both responded quickly and had someone come take care of it for us promptly. They are incredible hosts. After this stay as long as it’s available this is the only place we’ll be booking in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This home is nothing short of cozy! The home itself is warm and welcoming and very clean! The outdoor back yard is fenced in, which was great for our dogs to be able to walk around and enjoy while we got to enjoy the outside amenities too! The owners were very informative of the check in process and parking & im sure if we would have ran into any questions they would’ve been quick to help, but we had none! A beautiful home with a beautiful beach area. Thank you for letting us stay!

Our stay was fun and comforting. It was a nice break from our day to day life and stressful jobs. A very homey place that was nostalgic and a good home away from home. Thank you for the everything you have procided and for the amount of effort and love you put into your home.

Loved the property! Just as described. The hosts were wonderful and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Very close to the beach so perfect for a morning walk. Close to all the things we wanted to see and we explored a lot. Just such a relaxing property for us to unwind after a long day. We are already planning to book again in the future!! I think our favorite was the badminton court! Had so much fun with that.
