Showcasing the Oregon Coastline at its greatest, Cannon Beach is a charming town full of small businesses, sweeping views, and world-renowned beaches. Nestled amongst it all is the Sandpiper Beach House! When calling the Sandpiper Beach House your home away from home, you'll be able to enjoy quick beach access, ocean views, and effortless walkability to Downtown Cannon Beach. Sun-soaked and happy, head inside the bright interior of your stay. Sit down and relax in the open-concept living room as the chef of your family utilizes the well-equipped kitchen's ample meal prep space. Off the kitchen, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer. Your relaxation will come easily in the old-school soaking tub or amongst the five bedroom's soft linens and nautical-themed mementos. The additional family room offers a wonderful spot for the kids to enjoy their weekend morning cartoons and play board games. Outside the home, enjoy the sea breeze while grilling on the provided gas grill. Things to Know No dedicated parking available at this time. Check in time: 4:00 p.m. Check out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If guests have a cat allergy, they may want to consider another home as the homeowners bring their cat and litter box with them when they stay in the home. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We gathered for a grand daughter’s birthday! Perfect spot for six women and a toddler!

We arrived with four adults and 4 grandkids ages 2-10. The location provided easy access to the beach just south of Haystack. The house was ideal for kids with plenty of space and toys for them to play with. This is definitely a place that we will return to. We have stayed at Cannon Beach and Seaside for the last 50 years and this location and accommodations for the number of people in our party was perfect.
