Air conditioning was fantastic. We didn’t have a pet with us but it looked very pet friendly, doggie door and food and water bowls. Fantastic access to Texas Motor Speedway. We will be back.

Cute place with wonkie floors. Pillows in livingroom should be replaced and too many different products in the shower so very difficult to tell conditioner from soap.Loved the Justin Coffee Shop!

We enjoyed our stay at the Farm House. The house was very clean and updated. Bathroom was awesome. The host left a very nice welcoming basket. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property is the equivalent to lipstick on a pig. It looks cute, and the pictures show it well, but actually being there the flaws are abundant. The most concerning is the foundation is highly suspect - in fact, I was unwilling to use the shower because the floor area in front of it is clearly giving way - likely the result of the poorly done shower floor grout job that is allowing water to leak through to the subfloor. We could not figure out how to keep the ceiling fan on and turn off the light. And then there are the little things like the toilet paper holder sitting in the cabinet over the toilet, the burnt out bulbs in the bathroom, the mismatched knobs, the used bar of soap in the shower, shows a lack of attention to the details. The plus, it was easy enough to get to and the neighborhood was quiet enough - albeit there seems to be road construction going on everywhere you go in the state of Texas, and this area was no exception.
