We want you to enjoy the space, but please be mindful that sound carries from the rooftop and if you are blasting music or yelling loudly, the whole neighborhood will hear you. The property is located in a residential neighborhood but you can absolutely keep the party going at the bars and clubs within 3 minutes walk (just out of earshot, but close enough for you to stumble home from)! The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any given time is 13. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. There is plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining area for you to enjoy your meals.
