Drop of Dew is a new construction cottage in the old historic district. This charming cottage has 4 bedrooms each with private bath spread over 3 floors. There is an additional living area and wet bar in the basement. Cottage can comfortably sleep 8 adults or it can accommodate 6 adults and up to 5 kids sleeping in the bunk room (full bed/full bed with a twin trundle)

We had the absolutely best weekend on the island staying at this property. The location was beautiful, quiet, and in close proximity to town. Fantastic amenities. Owner communication was great. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Looking forward to returning in the future.

The property was perfect for what our family needed. Home was clean, spacious and perfect for the entire family while we were in town for a wedding. Would certainly recommend !

The home is perfect for family or friends. The 4 spacious bedrooms with their own private bathrooms works perfectly. The fact that 3 of 4 bedrooms are on separate floors creates both privacy and silence. The kitchen is very well stocked with Bosch appliances and plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses. The dining area and living room are excellent gathering areas. This is my first VRBO experience and it has been first class and the host was very professional and available.
