This cozy two-room apartment on the first floor offers 35 m² of space, comfortably accommodating up to two guests. The vacation rental consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and an open-concept living and kitchen area. In the cozy living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining area that invites you to relax. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes. Enjoy a beautiful view from your balcony. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. Parking and Wi-Fi are available. A shared washer and dryer are located in the building’s basement and can be used for a fee.

Numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski trails begin right in front of the house. Königssee is also just three kilometers away via picturesque paths. The house also has good access to public transportation (a bus stop is right behind the house). A washing machine and dryer for shared use are located in the basement of the house and can be used for a fee. Wi-Fi and a private parking space are available free of charge. All 5 vacation apartments have underfloor heating. Shopping and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.
