Hotel is good for the region and good prices vs quality
host was warm and helpful, supportive
We rent the villa for 4 and all amenities was good and very clean
They work with a great guide in the region: Frantz
This is beyond hotel responsability but rather, apply where ever in Philippines where hundreds of dogs are barking while hundreds of coqs wake you up from midnight :o))) . don't forget your ear plugs ;o)

El desayuno es aceptable con huevos y zumo, aunque hay que pagar por café de máquina. Está situado a apenas 300 metros del pueblo de Banaue.
El apartamento es nuevo y espacioso pero es muy frío y no tiene aire acondicionado ni calefacción. El agua caliente no funcionaba en una ducha y en la otra salía simplemente tibia. El precio resulta caro comparándolo con los precios de la zona.

Very nice appartement, with beautiful view on the rice terasses. Friendly staff (especially Keith), and good food in nearby restaurant.

The room was the view was nice!
The kitchen was attached, but the gas was not connected and could not be used.
They said I could watch Netflix, but I couldn't because they didn't give me the password. I couldn't get in touch with them at 9pm to ask for the password.
I parked my car in the designated spot and they woke me up at 6am and asked me to move.
There were plastic bottles and other trash left behind, probably from people who had stayed there the last time.
