We loved this place and the location, right in the middle of the old square and close to everything we wanted to visit. It was quiet, the bed very comfy, beautiful design of the room and everything was spotless clean. Another nice part was they let us leave our luggages in a locker even after our checkout for a bit, to get to enjoy the day. There are plenty of shops and restaurant around and the communication with the host was always a pleasure. We would definitely book this again if we ever come back to Kraków.

The location was fantastic, right in the main square of Krakow. You couldn't ask for a better place, although the noise that comes with being in the main square is a consideration, but they provided ear plugs which was nice. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There is a mini fridge provided as well. The location felt safe and clean from the outside too.
The air conditioner was broken in our unit, and upon contacting the number provided, we were ghosted despite previous contact. I also tried to contact the host about a late check out, but did not receive an answer and faced some difficulty upon check out time
