Central location, spacious apartment. Felt safe and secure.

Air con would have been good. Maybe more than one pillow per person too.

Perfect location on the next street to old town. Good facilities with enough stock. Good value for money. Staff quick to reply.

Great location, walkable to everything, but quiet at night. Nice kitchen fully equipped, very clean, comfortable and spacious.

There is one flight of stairs to go up, no elevator. But without our bags, no big deal.

The location is excellent for accessing the Old Town whilst remaining fairly quiet. The apartment was immaculately clean and the bathroom & shower excellent. Furnishings are new and modern, face value it's a lovely apartment BUT

You are given 3 different entry codes to get into the property and the first door is not obvious as it is actually the entrance door to a Restaurant! Had this been explained it would have been so much easier to find the property. Look for the entrance to The Golden Duck - easy when you know! Be aware the studio apartment is on the 2nd floor, 49 concrete steps up and no lift, also only sensor lights that go off before you have reached floors and arriving at night we needed our phone torch just to get in as there is no outdoor porch entry light. We had booked for 3 adults, on arrival at 11pm the sofa bed had not been made up for the 3rd person and no bedding or towels were laid out for the 3rd person - only for 2 on the double bed. In the wardrobe there were only 5 Coat Hangers, for 3 adults staying for 8 nights, we didn't feel the apartment had been prepared for our actual booking. When we questioned this by message the next morning we received a very curt reply that really wasn't necessary, we were not rude at all but the reply was, no empathy or apology. 2 days later a bag with coat hangers in was left outside our front door, we sent a thank you message but did not receive a reply, not the most pleasant of hosts. The biggest issue for us was the bed, the mattress is incredibly firm, it barely moved even with full body weight. For us it was very uncomfortable, especially after long days out walking and aching joints, the bed made it worse, lots of broken sleep. There were 2 spare pillows in a cupboard that we needed to use but they didn't even have pillowcases on them. We always take our own toiletries but the details say these are included, we found a watered down bottle of hand soap with just an inch of liquid in it next to the bathroom sink and a few sachets of shower gel. This apartment could be a little gem but overall we felt there was a lack of detail and especially comfort.
