Good equipped, nice view

Studio is not new but nice, we lived there almost for a week in late April. Building itself is not new and was renovating inside but this didn’t disturb us much. Metro is about 8-10 min by foot. Auchan is ~7min from apartment, monoprix is 5 min from nearest metro. Don’t be afraid of sofa, it’s really comfortable. Kitchen is small, maybe not suitable for complicated dishes, but has everything needed to cook breakfast/pasta. Bathroom is small clean, you can find many things there: shower gel, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, washing machine, laundry detergent. And the most wonderful thing is a small balcony from which you can see a top of Eiffel Tower

Was a little bit cold inside studio at the end of April but I think it’s a common thing there
