Location is well outside Paris center, but easy to reach - Metro 1 close by. House was charming, well equipped, in a quiet and safe area. Host was lovely and quick to respond. Great shops and restaurants in the area.

It’s a very unique property that brings you back in time. The wooden floor, antique furniture and multiple large mirrors make it feel very French. At the same time it’s very comfortable and up to date with modern housing standards. There is a spacious, super clean shower with good water pressure (also including a rain shower) and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, induction cooker and a dishwasher. As a cherry on top the location is great. The apartment is part of a cozy and quiet courtyard only 5 minutes from the station in Vincennes. You can be in the center of Paris in 30 minutes or less. I highly recommend to explore Vincennes as well, it has a lot to offer: a 14th century chateau, a cathedral and a massive botanical garden.
Last but not least the host Hélène was very kind and accommodating. The communication was very smooth and I could see that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy her beautiful house for a few days.
I loved everything about it.
