Excellent stay!

We had an excellent stay! Spacious and well equipped and supplied house. Comfortable beds. Lovely outdoor area. Location is great. It was 18mins from the airport (at night). Away from the main road so nice and quiet. Very close to great public beaches. Short drive to Happy Market, which is well stocked and the most reasonably priced of all the supermarkets I visuted. Self check in was super easy. Directions were good but two things of note. 1) road to house veers right at one point (there is a driveway that goes straight). It is obvious during the day but not so much at night. 2) GPS coordinates didn't quite take us to the entrance, needed to continue a very small distance further. We didn't do a lot of cooking but everything we needed was there and the kitchen seemed very well equipped. Fridge and freezer worked well and are a good size. AC in both bedrooms worked perfectly. There are no screens on the windows and doors in living room but we did not have a problem with mosquitos. The addition of a fan in the living room is the only thing I can think of that would have improved our stay. It was a great base to explore the island. I would definitely stay again!

The perfect spot for independent tourists

This is a rare gem (actually, so convenient that I first hesitated to book: never imagined it’s possible to spend a night in a huge, comfy fully equipped bungalow in Tahiti, within walking distance to THE best public beach, for less than 100 Euros/night for two persons). The bungalow actually accommodates 4. We were welcomed to check in in the early morning, as we arrived at 5AM, and the owners did everything to help us (they let us use their washing machine, as ours had a bug…). There is a carport to park your vehicle (rather a must). Wi-Fi worked perfectly! Two restaurants within walking distance, one of which (the Hotu Mahana ) is on the beach (we found no other like it outside resorts). Thanks a lot, Moeata!

The fridge, huge but probably powered by a noisy & rusty Russian tank engine :))

Masser af plads, mange køkkenfaciliteter. Rent og pænt hjem. Dejlig have med overdækket terrasse. Ikke langt til stranden. Ingen irriterende insekter.

Vi havde ikke brug for aircondition, der var dejlig frisk luft om natten. Men hvis man får brug for den støjer den lidt.
