Lovely view. Outside space well appointed with excellent outside benches, table and chairs and bbq.
Comfortable seating area and good dining area.
Loved the hot tub.
Beds were exceptionally comfortable 😊
Disappointed with cleanliness, food caddy full and smelly.
Shower hair traps not clean.
Sofa arms stained and cereals stuck on sofa under throw.
Hoover pipes kept disconnecting from the Henry vacuum cleaner and made cleaning up hard work.
Recycling compound was disorganised and looked like stuff just thrown on floor.
Could do with a wall cupboard to put your food in.
More storage in bedrooms, think because we were staying a week made it tricky to be tidy. Beds very huge and comfortable but a king sized one would have allowed chest of drawers and hanging space.

Hot tub (booked for this reason), comfy beds, quality furnishings, welcome gifts, beautiful scenic views, peaceful & plenty of towels provided.
The cottage is in a central location to visit other areas of Devon, all around 1hr away in all directions.
*The all stone garden, would have liked some grass or paving with plants as the dog was not comfortable using the garden because of the shingle.
*A shelter over the hot tub & some lighting would have been nice for evenings.
*Owners' dogs were running loose & one growled at & chased our dog on a walk in the grounds (ours on lead as rules state all guests' dogs to be).
*Dog poo left on property grounds.
*Old food was left on bbq & on floor around bbq, had to stop dog eating it.
*Some more clothes storage (draws) in main bedroom would have been useful.

We absolutely loved our stay in The Farm Office. Wonderful scenery, so peaceful, really comfortable and clean. The hot tub was a lovely thing to do in the evening, and the farm walk was stunning.
