What I liked most about this place was that we had the entire two-story house to ourselves, with a private entrance, which made our stay feel very comfortable and exclusive. The spacious balconies were a real highlight—they were perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
I also really appreciated the flexibility of the management. They were very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, allowing us to arrive and leave when it was most convenient for us.
The only downside was that the house is somewhat dated, particularly the bathrooms. However, this is accurately reflected in the photos, so it wasn't unexpected. The kitchen could also benefit from a few updates. For example, the kettle should be replaced, and there were no mugs for tea or coffee, which would have been a useful addition.
That said, the house has excellent windows with mosquito screens, which made it comfortable to keep the rooms well ventilated without worrying about insects. The location is also very good, providing an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.

I love the house, it is very comfortable. Everything was the way it was described before. All the facilities were well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the mosquito nets well done, loved the terraces and beach nearby. I liked the small touch of hospitality in the house, like welcoming wine at the first day, big towels, a lot of kitchen utensils, and there was no need to worry about anything, we felt really taken care of. The house finds itself in perfect location for sightseeing of the west side of Crete (by car). The location is very quiet but it’s still close to restaurants and shops. The hosts were very kind, communicative abs flexible, which I really appreciated.
Nothing to complain about.

La casa e' molto spaziosa e dotata di ogni cosa utile per una vacanza al mare. La sua posizione era comoda ai servizi, vicino alla spiaggia, ideale come punto di partenza per le gite piu' belle di Creta occidentale, ma molto tranquilla e anche fuori dal turismo di massa.
