It is very quiet: above the expectations.
The living room and bedroom are lovely and spacious.
Both tram and bus strops are close.
Supermarkets are close to the building.
Finding the apartment has been a bit challenging.
The bathroom door should be fixed.

Very close to the city center. The neighborhood is very quite and beautiful, has a huge market, plus huge organic market, bakeries and grocery stores in front of the building. Wilson Pedestrian is in the same neighborhood so walking to the center is a meditation, tbh.

The apartment is clean, in a great location, and the staff are excellent and responsive. It offers great value for money.
First, I used Google Maps to navigate to the apartment, but the location wasn't accurate. Since I arrived after 8 PM, it took me over half an hour to find it. Second, the lights on the floor where the apartment is located were broken. These things need improvement, but they're not problems with the apartment itself, so I gave it a 10/10 rating!

Location, don't be put off by the look of the neighbourhood.
Supermarket, market, bakeries very close

Lack of cleanlines, we had to clean balcony before use & clean cutlery before use
Smell of cigarettes
Bedroom was too hot to sleep because the air conditioner's in the living room.
No lamps anywhere so it's brilliant light or nothing
Bathroom door handle was broken
There's a sign on the bathroom door about a hefty fee if the bathroom floor's flooded but no shower curtain provided 🤷
There are two TV remotes and you need to use both but only one has batteries. When I asked where the spare batteries were I was told to swap the batteries between the remotes.
There are no instructions on how to use hot water or washing machine.
There are four switches at entrance to the bathroom. I sent a picture of the four switches to the WhatsApp number to ask what they were for, they told me they did not know, this was unhelpful.
