Ik wil mijn grote ontevredenheid uiten over mijn verblijf bij uw accommodatie. Mijn ervaring was zeer slecht. De kamer was vies en niet goed schoongemaakt. Daarnaast was de service erg teleurstellend. Het personeel was niet behulpzaam en ik had het gevoel dat er totaal geen aandacht was voor de klant. Ik heb sterk de indruk dat het u alleen om geld gaat en niet om de tevredenheid van uw gasten. Ik voel mij misleid en ben zeer teleurgesteld over de manier waarop ik ben behandeld. Op basis van mijn ervaring zal ik deze accommodatie absoluut niet aanbevelen aan anderen. Integendeel, ik zal iedereen afraden om hier te verblijven. Ik verwacht een serieuze reactie op mijn klacht en een passende oplossing.

En ze waren hele tijd aan het verbouwen en ik kon niet eens douchen het water was zo vies
