Slecht

De bedden waren goed. Maar dat was 1 van de weinigen dingen

Bijna alles. Het is een huisje voor 4 personen maar de bestekla was niet compleet voor 4 personen. De oven werkte alleen op grill De pannen in de la waren zwart gebladerd dus niet gezond om mee te koken. Je betaalt 112 euro aan schoonmaak kosten en het is niet schoon. Spinnenwebben zaten nog overal. De bank was niet schoon. De kraan was lek. Er konden 3 bedden opgemaakt worden. We hadden maar 2 lakenpakketten nodig maar er waren ook geen 4 dekbedden. Het was best koud dus de dekbedden had je wel echt nodig Moesten in de nacht de thermostaat aan laten op 20 zodat als je in de ochtend opstond het nog een beetje oke was. Als er iemand in een huisje komt zorg je zeker in deze tijd van het jaar dst de thermostaat aan staat en het aangenaam is. Het was 17 gr toen we aankwamen duurde heel lang voordat t opgewarmd was Ik hoop dat Belvilla contact op neemt met ons want we willen eigenlijk het hele bedrag van de schoonmaak kosten terug. De advertentie was niet compleet. Dit huisje had niet verhuurd mogen worden. Buiten lag er nog een vuilniszak onder een stoel gestopt zodat die bijna niet opviel. Mis veel dingen in de keuken. Waaronder ook een schaal om iets in de toen als je aan t borrelen bent. De douchekop viel op een ochtend en de technische dienst heeft een nieuwe moeten brengen. Al met al geen fijne ervaring. Terwijl wij voor onze ontspanning hier nasr toe gingen. De WiFi code die we hadden gekregen van het park werkte ook niet. Waardoor we onze eigen 4g moesten gebruiken. Is er heel snel door heen gegaan Ik hoop op een compensatie

Pas op met Belvilla als beheerder

Te slechte ervaring dit keer

Helaas kwam ik pas ná het boeken erachter dat de accommodatie werd beheerd door Belvilla. Na het afronden van de boeking via Booking, waarbij werd vermeld dat de prijs inclusief belastingen en toeslagen was, ontving ik alsnog een aparte factuur van Belvilla voor €75 aan schoonmaakkosten. Deze extra kosten blijken alleen zichtbaar te zijn na meerdere keren doorklikken naar de beheerder en staan daar zeer klein vermeld. Zelfs medewerkers van Booking moesten hier actief naar zoeken. Voor mij voelt dit als onduidelijke en misleidende prijsinformatie. Doordat de afspraken contractueel tussen Booking en Belvilla zijn vastgelegd, was annuleren niet meer mogelijk. Beide partijen verwezen naar elkaar zonder een oplossing te bieden. Mijn advies: controleer vóór het boeken goed wie de beheerder is en wees alert op mogelijke extra kosten achteraf.
